These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Tube Buddy Pro. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use Tube Buddy Pro.

Tube Buddy Pro provides tools for connecting authorized Google and YouTube accounts, organizing YouTube channels, creating and managing user-requested YouTube tasks, managing channel settings, and reviewing task results.

Features may change, be added, or be removed as the service develops.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Tube Buddy Pro account and for activity performed using your account.

You may only connect Google or YouTube accounts that you are authorized to access and manage.

Certain Tube Buddy Pro features use Google APIs and YouTube services. Your use of those services is also subject to applicable Google and YouTube terms, policies, and restrictions.

Tube Buddy Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or YouTube unless expressly stated otherwise.

You agree to use Tube Buddy Pro only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable platform rules and policies.

You may not use the service to:

• Access accounts or channels without authorization.
• Send unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, abusive, or infringing content.
• Generate spam or artificial engagement.
• Attempt to evade limits, enforcement systems, or platform safeguards.
• Interfere with or compromise the security, availability, or operation of the service.
• Use Tube Buddy Pro in violation of Google, YouTube, or other applicable third-party policies.

You are responsible for the content, comments, replies, URLs, settings, and other information that you submit through Tube Buddy Pro.

You are also responsible for confirming that actions you request through the service are appropriate and authorized.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to Tube Buddy Pro when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, prevent abuse, enforce these Terms, or protect users or third parties.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but Tube Buddy Pro may occasionally be unavailable, interrupted, changed, or discontinued.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Tube Buddy Pro is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

We disclaim warranties that are not expressly provided in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tube Buddy Pro and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Continued use of Tube Buddy Pro following an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
